ARE THE LASHES CRUELTY FREE?

Yes! Our lashes are all cruelty free! 

DO YOU CARRY LASH GLUE?

Yes! We have an adhesive pen for adhesive lashes and magnetic eyeliner for magnetic lashes! Both are latex free!

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We ship to the US and Canada. Shipping is free when you spend $100 or more. No code is necessary.

 ARE ALL SALES FINAL?

Yes, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Please be sure to order your correct item. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately we cannot accept cancellations if the order is already being packaged. Most shipping labels are printed and packaged 24 hours after purchasing. If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please email (customerservice@worthythelabel.com) and include:

  • A photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.

*The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing. Our amazing Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.

CAN I BECOME AN AFFILIATE?

HOW DO I CLEAN THE LASHES?

Take a cotton swab or q-tip with OIL FREE makeup remover and gently apply it along the band of the lash avoiding applying too much to the lashes themselves. Then take a dry cotton swab and gently pull away the excess glue. DO NOT USE WATER OR MICELLAR WATER! It could damage the overall look and quality of the lash. 

ARE THE LASHES REUSABLE?

Yes! The Adhesive strip lashes can be used up to 15 times with proper care. The Magnetic lashes can be used up to 30 times with proper care.

HOW DO I APPLY THE LASHES?

Adhesive Lashes:

Step 1: Gently remove lashes from the insert; starting with the outer corner of the lash.

Step 2: Measure the lash and trim to fit. We recommend trimming the lash to be sure it doesn't touch the inner corner of your eye.

Step 3: Apply the adhesive pen directly to your eye lid as close to your natural lash line as possible!

Step 4: Apply the lash to your natural lash line and pinch together with your natural lashes. You can use tweezers too!

Magnetic Lashes:

Step 1: Remove all 5 anchor lashes. Those are only needed to apply the magnetic lashes when you're not using magnetic eyeliner.

Step 2: Apply 2 coats of our magnetic eye liner. Allow them to both dry completely.

Step 3: Take the magnetic lash, starting at the outer corner, and apply the lash as close your lash line as possible! Adjust as needed

 

POLICY 

All sales are final. Our policy lasts 30 days from receiving the item for manufacturer defects. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement.  

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, Downloadable Materials, Lashes, Packaging , Stickers, Spooly, Magnetic Eye Liner, Tweezers/lash applicator.

 Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

We will always replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect within 30 days. If you need to get your order correct, send us an email from the contact information given on the website. (clothing@worthythelabel.com) Please include:
